Not convenient to bring in your machine? No Problem! We offer Remote Service.
If you can get online we can use our Remote Service Program to assist you with many problems, such as Pop-Ups, Viruses, Software errors and a host of other issues.
Start by calling us at (361) 749-4960 to arrange a Remote Service Session, then click the button above, a pop-up window will open, click Show My PC.
Click "Save" or "Run"when prompted. Depending on your browser select either "Run" or "Open Folder" when it finishes downloading, then click the Green icon as shown below.
Answer "Yes" to the security prompts. Your 4 digit "Share Password" will be displayed as below, read it to us.
We'll get right to work resolving your issue!
If you have a machine that won't boot up, doesn't get online, or has hardware related issues, such as random shutdowns or frequently dropped network connections that would interrupt a remote connection we can send you a specially designed box with a return shipping label. Call us to set up safe shipment and we'll get right on it, turn around times are often shorter than if you took your machine to one of the Big-Box stores!
